Things You\’ll Need

  • 2 lbs frozen hashbrowns, thawed

  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 16 oz sour cream

  • ½

    cup white onion, chopped

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper
