While the company also offers full-fat chips as well, Thinny Chips are an alternative for those who want a lighter accompaniment to their meal. Similar renditions made by the company of this product have been called Skinny Chips.

A 1 oz. serving of Jimmy John\’s Skinny Chips or Thinny Chips contains about 18 chips and130 calories, compared to its regular chips, which are 150 calories. The fat content of Thinny Chips is 5 grams, as opposed to 14 grams in the regular chips. Carbohydrate content is slightly higher at 19 grams, compared to 16 grams. Protein content of 2 grams is the same for regular and thin version of chips.

Thinny Chips contain 1 gram of saturated fat per serving, 2 grams of polyunsaturated fat and 3 grams of monounsaturated fat, for a total fat content of 5 grams.
