9 whole graham cracker sheets

1 tablespoon brown sugar

4 tablespoons, plus ½ cup butter, melted (divided)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

¼ cups vegetable oil

2/3 cups all purpose flour

⅓ cups unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoons salt

¼ teaspoons baking powder

12 whole Oreo cookies chopped

1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
Step 1: Crush the graham crackers
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. In a food processor, add the graham crackers and pulse until only fine crumbs remain.
Step 2: Add the butter and sugar
Add the brown sugar and 4 tablespoons melted butter, and process until combined. It will look like wet sand.
Step 3: Press into the pan
In a greased and floured 9×13\” baking pan, add the graham crackers to the bottom and press into the pan.
Step 4: Mix the eggs and sugar
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar.
Step 5: Add the oil and butter
Add the oil and remaining 1/2 cup melted butter, then whisk until well combined.
Step 6: Add the dry ingredients
Add the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder; whisk until well combined.
Step 7: Add the Oreos
Crush the Oreo cookies and stir into the batter.
Step 8: Add to the pan
Pour the batter over the crust in an even layer.
Step 9: Add the marshmallows
Sprinkle the marshmallows over the filling in an even layer.
Step 10: Bake
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature before cutting, and chill if necessary.
For an added campfire-ier taste, run a kitchen torch over the top.
