Things You\’ll Need

  • 2 pints cherry and/or grape tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano or thyme, chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (plus more for topping)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 8-ounce block of feta cheese

  • 8 ounces pasta (of choice)

  • Canned olives or cooked vegetables (optional)
